Shipping/Return Policy

Chloe Kouture ships all US domestic orders before 12pm EST Monday - Friday. Orders placed before 12pm EST will be processed within 1 business day. Orders placed after 12pm EST Monday - Friday will be processed the next business day.Delivery time does not include weekends or holidays. Orders will be shipped within 3-7 business days.

International Shipments

International orders will be shipped within 7-14 business days.

Return/Exchange Policy

Accessories, on sale items, lingerie or any under garment items are final sale and may not be returned or exchanged.

Unworn clothing or shoes with tags still attached may be exchanged for a different size within 7 days. Ship items to:
